Hello, After updating the software on my Samsung phone, I’m experiencing an issue where the Call app and Contacts app no longer work. I’ve already tried restarting the phone, clearing cache and data, checking app permissions, and updating all apps — but the issue is still there. Could you please assist me with this problem? Do u wana try factory reset instead? Could be software issue during update

Saw this on the Internet. Although not same but it's related to SIM problem after UI7 update. Maybe u can give it a try
* Take display brightness all the way down and/or disable adaptive brightness
* Toggle airplane mode On/Off
