Galaxy ZHi,
This is the one problem I keep running into with Samsung phones:
The Netherlands legally allows for call recording where at minimal one party that takes part in the call wants to record it, without notifying the other callers. Currently all companies in the Netherlands use this feature, yet we as customers can't, because we get lumped in with the rest of the EUX group probably because of Google's blanket standard. Which is incorrect and deprives us from a right under Dutch law.
Not only is this legally problematic that we as customers can't record the same call companies are recording, it's unethical. It's also our legal right to protect ourselves from dodgy companies or any other caller on the end of the line whether they are nice or dodgy. It's also a necessity when people are dealing with stalkers, threats, etc.
Samsung should amend the cscfeature.xml file in the EUX group and allow for call recording in NL. It's also a very easy fix by adding one or two lines to one file.

Galaxy ZHi there, Breisleach! Thank you for sharing your concern. We understand how important this feature is, especially given the legal context in the Netherlands. However, as we are currently handling Samsung Members Philippines, we recommend reaching out to Samsung Members Netherlands for more localized support and to ensure your feedback reaches the appropriate team.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope your concern is addressed promptly. If there's anything else we can assist with, feel free to let us know!
