Can't download samsung wallet

Hi, i have problem with downloading samsung wallet from galaxy store. My device is samsung z flip 3, after download when installing always got an error like in the picture

2) Click open
3) Make sure your account sync in the same condition

When i searching in google play, it says "samsung wallet is not available in your country" eventho the region ady set to Malaysia

I am using digi. The problem is i even can't download the samsung wallet apps

Maybe you use DiGi as Telco for your payment bill but the sim card maybe number as another Telco Maxis or Celcom
You know what that is meant?

If you're the foreigner in my country I hope you use your sim card countries and your country telco
