Anyone facing the issue to install/update the apps through play store/galaxy store after upgrade to One UI 4.0?

some apps may not be compatible with the newest android version. hence, it is good if you can use the current version of apps for now

Found it's due to upgrade issue after found many similar cases over Internet, I try to factory reset the phone and no issue now, but really disappointed that Samsung did not detect this issue before release the update

I tried several methods and none of it able to resolve the issue except factory reset, probably need to wait for next system upgrade
