Cannot Short Video Message (WhatsApp)

Already update my WhatsApp application but still no have feature for Short Video Message, don't know my Galaxy Flip Z 4 problem or the WhatsApp apps problem.

This feature is currently available on WhatsApp Beta version 2.23.13.4 or higher.

It's not ready for WhatsApp stable version yet.
