Flex mode not working

Lost the ability to use flex mode on my z flip 3. Tried safe mode and to no avail flex mode is gone permanently even on built in apps that supports flex mode. What's the sense of owning a z flip 3 without flex mode 🙄😒

Navigate to settings to check update manually..or better yet carry the device to Samsung Service Center..
