Need help here. I checked few tutorial videos and update some settings. But my battery is draining while Im asleep. From 77% at 9pm down to 20% at 3am in a span of 6 hours
Thanks for reaching out to us. There's a few things you can do to determine the cause of the battery drain -- bear with me cause this might be a long one.
1. Check which apps are eating up your battery life. Head over to Settings > Battery and see which apps use your battery life most. Knowing which apps may be impacting your battery life is a good way to determine what's causing the drain at night.
2. Turn off your wireless services (NFC / Bluetooth / WiFi / Dual SIM / Mobile networks) when not in use, as they drain battery life pretty fast when on.
3. Check your battery status by going to your Samsung Members App > Support > Phone diagnostics and run the battery tests. This should determine if there are any issues with your battery that we need to deal with.
4. Lastly, you can visit a Samsung Service Center to have your phone diagnosed and repaired. This is the most convenient solution I can offer right now!
