Flip 4 Shuts Down When Fold

Its been a little over 1 year since I got this phone. It has never dropped on hard floor, only experience regulsr usage.

Suddenly, it keeps shutting down every time I try to fold it. Now I have to keep it open like a regular phone, which defeats the whole purpose.

Any ideas what I should do?

Edit: I've already run the diagnostics test. Nothing wrong

Mine took 2 weeks. But was under warranty. Not sure the cost if no warranty

Hi!

We had a free replacement screen protector programme previously whereby you will need to download the vouchers from Samsung Members - the vouchers should still be in your device. You can redeem it at any service centres nationwide (do note that you need to have downloaded it previously to be entitled)

Alternatively, do drop a call to support at 1800-88-9999 or get help directly from your Members app via the support tab for more info.
