I bought my flip 5 last aug 2023 and just last week, the screen protector started to lift off from the crease. Unfortunately, screen replacement were not covered by warranty nor even by samsung care plus.
I took extra care on my flip 5. Its never been dropped, not it was overused. I used it casually since its my back up phone (reading mangas, soc med browsing, watch vidoes).
I do hope screen protector replacement needs to be added in the device warranty and in care plus. I do get its an accessory but this protector was built into the device so they should consider adding it in the warranty and/or in care plus.
Naabutan ko un during my flip 4 days pero diko nagamit kasi di umangat ung screen sa may crease. Even during trade in malinis ung screen. Sana gawin nilang permanent un kahit kasama man lang sa warranty (1 yr validity) laking tulong kasi
Sorry to hear about your experience. As a note: the built-in screen protector for your Flip5 is made out of (a very resistant) film, stuck on with clear adhesive - so having it unbond over time isn't all that uncommon. It's good that you managed to get it replaced as soon as possible!
