POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bad experience with Samsung product when I Flip 6 inner screen black out suddenly. Send to service center which ticketing system shown flip 6 selection option, mean a lot of Flip buyer phone really  encounter a massive problems.

The worst part is poor customer service, totally unreachable for their contact......

this is the moment you can claim samsung care+, i mean you have it right?

you can replace the screen for free, some flip 4 users have the exact issue but they run out of samsung care+ period, so they need to pay full

so keep in mind, your flip 6 will run out of samsung care+ one day and this blackout might occur again after few years
