Fold 4 internal screen stopped working after the latest security patch on 27 oct

Dear Team Samsung 

The fold 4 i bought 2 years back has been a constant companion kept with utmost care with no fall whatsoever.

However the latest patch 6.1.1 automatically downloaded and installed and just after that the internal screen has stopped working. 

I first thought this is just with me, but when I checked on internet, this is the issue faced by everyone who has fold 4 and has installed the latest update.

Please resolve this asap, thus started with last update due to which the sims in the phone sometimes stopped working, which was fixed but now this issue has started acting up.

I have been a loyal samsung customer for 15 years now, haven't seen such issues. 

Don't start loosing your image as a good company with such things

Try connect to earbuds with outer screen and open the inner screen. It works for my device but once i disconnect the earbuds it still goes to the black screen.

Don't you understand the seriousness of this issue?

Why the *** would you try to reach out to a single user personally when you know everyone using the particular product is available?

Don't you guys at Samsung have a support team and resolve issues with your own updates? Samsung bucks big time, I will never recommend or buy a Samsung product again in my life (any of their products).

My internal screen touch sensor is not working but with a stylus pen it worked. Tried reboots several times without success. Any help?

On 17Nov24, I updated my z fold 4 to 6.1.1 and it says it has security patch level : 1 November 2024. I have the same problem with my internal screen is now gone. The outer screen is still working. I try to restart the phone and it gets stuck at Samsung logo and i have to press power+volume down buttons to get it restart again. One thing i also notice is that the eyeshield comfort is no longer working
