Galaxy ZSent my Galaxy Z Fold 6 in for a inner screen protector replacement using the free vouchers when I first bought the phone. But somehow the screen protector replacement caused issues to the inner screen itself and had to be replaced. The inner screen replacement then caused issues to the inner hinge, which had to be replaced as well. This all happened over a month, with me constantly having to go the the Service Centre and not having a phone for over 2 weeks.
Warranty is expired now, who knows what other issues are gonna arise from sub-par servicing and faulty parts. Customer service is completely unhelpful as well, keep dragging their replies and not even understanding the full picture. Just keep telling me their policy does not allow 1-to-1 replacement, only part replacement. So I guess customers just have to keep replacing their faulty parts until warranty expires, then continue to pay for servicing.
