Galaxy Z Fold3 and issues

I got my Fold3 on release in 2021. Super excited. And never had a problem until the last update:

1. The fold-out screen is now black. It still works underneath but unable to see anything. I have tried the usual troubleshooting (including factory reset) and nothing has worked. 

2. Front camera is now not working and will close. I've cleared cache, forced stop and checked updates- nothing.

This could all be coincidence. I'm particularly careful with my phone. No damage or liquid damage visible (not even a scratch).

I should be under the 24 month warranty, but when I have checked, its coming up as not.

Is this a damage issue or could this be software?!

Hi, did u purchase the 2nd year Care+ during the first 60 days of purchase?

If situation already so bad then don't wait already

Bring your receipts and relevant documents u have when u buy your Fold 3 and go down to Samsung service center to let the friendly expert there help u with your situation...

Try calling the service center.. if you have ur receipt etc will be good. I update to one UI 5 on my fold 3..so far everything working fine.

Seems like a hardware issue. Call Samsung and request for on site repair if you have sc+.

Probably there is a dead pixel, which causes the screen black-out.

Sounds like hardware issue to me. Fold3 user here running latest update without issues. All the best.
