Green Line Z Flip 4

I need Samsung Malaysia to answer me.

My phone have never fell down but suddenly there is a green line appearing on my screen. Never fell into water also. I need Samsung Malaysia to solve this issue. This issue happened since I updated my phone. I have also contacted Samsung via text chat and they provided me with a not relatable answer. Help me to sort this thing out. Thank you

For sure I need compensation (free screen replacement) because my warranty has expired. Please do something about this

Samsung will just tell you pay for screen replacement. Hahaha 😂
Coz my s21+ also green line in year 2023 July, I change it. Then 1 year, 2024 August, Hahaha green line, pink line, yellow line all come together.

I don't want change already, just put it away and bought new phone.

Sometimes depends on our handling, that means some warranty. If you have more badget you can change new one which one base item problem or 2nd choice buy new one

After I changed the screen, the phone is seldom use because is my backup phone. I use back my old phone. The s21+ I just switch it on once in a week, but still having green line, pink line, yellow line just a year only after replace the screen... since my old phone is super old coz is samsung A50, already more than 4 years still in good condition, not even change screen before, only changed battery 1 time after 2 years+..

Nowadays samsung products are not trustable.

Even I heard s23+, s23 also hitting green line...

I pray my s23 ultra dun hit green line 🙏

Else, I change to other brand. And no more samsung.

Mine s23plus didn't have any problems after software update
Smartphone like another item example vehicle
Once if we get some problems maybe go through another 😌
So my suggestion we need read more regularly manual instructions inside
Maybe we can trust back this brand
Because of what ?

I even purchased extra 1 year warranty...but that also expired coz I'm using this phone for 2 years and above
