Inner screen won't turn on after unfolding z fold 3

Anyone experience front screen not transferring to inner screen after unfolding?  After unfolding, front screen remains on and inner screen black

This worked for me thank you.

For anyone wondering how to do this, from powered off state, hold up volume and side key for 5 seconds, phone should boot to safe mode, use volume keys to navigate to clear cache partition, use side key to select.

Will this delete any data, like messages or pictures or major settings like background image or notification settings, alarms etc?

Wiping Cache did NOT work for me. 
Anyone got any other fixes?

i just did this it then gave me the samsung logo on my inner screen but then didnt went back to being black
