Issue with Bixby Routine

Have setup a bixby routine but it seems not working. 

Apps do not closed after folding status is fully closed. 

Any solution to fix this issue?

Yup. Tested. The apps seems to still in task manager even after this routine criteria is met...

Not sure whether we miss any step for the routine to run...
