I have been using 2and half months fold 4, so far no major issues, some times have overheating issues while use at out on sunny weather's. It has snap dragon chip

Recently updated to ONE UI5.1.1 on 1/9/23. Ever since, whenever I unfold my phone, it'll freeze/glitch/blackscreen. And lastly upon soft reset, it'll only show the reboot on the front small screen, sticked at the SAMSUNG GALAJI 🙄 anyone facing same issue?
Still under warranty till Sept2024. But friends around me telling me to be ready for the ALIBABA EXPERIENCE. They will push all the blame to either apps, software malfunction, or will make it as though you spoilt the device because a small dent at the side.

Got same issue. Now my phone screen gets frozen black each time I unfold it for the large screen.
Going to service center next week.

Same!! Given a offer of $680 replacement fee for everything; hinge, screen, case etc, except mother board. (before service charges). They are voiding my warranty with dumb excuses anyway.

Exact same issue occurred on my device. 11month since purchased. Performance wise is pretty much of a disappointment. Overheating, laggy, battery drainage is ridiculous, and the recent UI5.1.1 came in with a bang. Unfolds my phone with a zap and a black screen 🖤
