Galaxy ZHi
I have a Samsung Z fold and happy with the phone however has anyone experienced issues when making phone calls to Call centres and businesses that have a generic switchboard?
It seems that every time I call a company that I assume uses a central switchboard whether it is a Facility company, NHS etc the line is incredibly poor to the point where I can hear the person on the other end fine but when I speak whether it is giving answers to security questions, reference numbers email address etc and sometimes even my name. It just seems the person on the other end cannot understand what is being communicated due to poor quality of the line.
Calls to other mobiles do not seem to be affected so not sure it is down to the service provider as I have had the same service provider on my previous mobile phone. (also a Samsung)
I have eliminated overseas call centres where I sort of expect poor lines, VOIP quality etc but this seems to be happening even to local companies.
Has anyone else experienced this and I guess more importantly does anyone have any suggestions
Thanks in advance
