Once you initiate a factory data reset, it is impossible to pull any of the files that were deleted in the process (unless if you have it backed up via your Samsung account.) The only way a new user of the phone would be able to get your files is if they had access to your Samsung account details and your password.
That said, you should be able to give the phone worry-free after you perform a factory data reset, as long as you don't log into any of your personal accounts after.
