I bought this phone somewhere in August 2024. Now is June 2025. I already having this screen problem. When I fold the phone, and open it back the screen goes black & unresponsive. I know the phone is not turned off or out of battery because i can hear notifications came in. I just can't get the screen to open and read the messages. It took a very long time to recover like 40 minutes to get the screen back on. That is not very good imagine if i am in an emergency state. How am i suppose to use my phone? Now, when the screen is back on, it suddenly has purple lines on it like glitches. I am ultimately disappointed with this. I bought this phone and pay it every month with hard earned money. I only take 12 months installment. Not even a year! This phone is not cheap. I have a Z flip 4 before this and it had the same problem. My daughter is using the flip 4 now. She had the same *** problem. First problem was the black screen after folding. So, i told her not to fold the phone to avoid the black screen issue. Now the screen sometimes glitches with green lines every now and then. Look Samsung, this is not a good look on your brand. I have a friend using Oppo Find N the flip version for Oppo. She has been using it since 2023 and didn't get any problem at all. Maybe I need to go back to Oppo. Because my Oppo phone that i bought since 2020 is still working fine although my son didn't take care much of it. He dropped it a bunch of times but that phone never had any lines!

This Problem has been happening since early June to many people worldwide after the latest software update but Samsung is not doing anything to rectify it.
