Context: After updating One UI7, I encountered these problems
1. Sound notifications on my cover screen does not work any more, it only vibrates everytime there's a notification. Also the screen does not wake up. I will only know there's a notification if it vibrates.
E.g. Messages, messenger, whatsapp, email notifs, other apps notifs
Note: If im on main screen, everything works fine. I also tried changing the sound settings on the cover screen (sound, vibrate,mute) if I select sound, i can hear the sound fine. But for notifs none, only vibration. Sound notifications are all enabled in the settings, I also checked the notif settings for each app.
2. On my cover screen, I can receive calls fine, there's a sound but it will automatically decreases. When answering the call, loudspeaker is not working anymore. Unlike before whenever i receive calls, and answer it on the cover screen, it will automatically go on loud speaker. On the main screen its fine.
I tried to do factory reset, reset all settings but still these problems are not resolved.
