I'm writing a complain that just happened to me. I've been samsung customer for 10 years. I bought z fold 4 in 2022 in USA and I came back to Thailand I. 2023. I have it just above a year. It got completely black out with no reason. And I contact customer service. I got a reply that I can trade in the phone but when I finally contact Thai customer services, they said I can't because the phone wasn't bought from Thailand. THE AGENT SAID THAT SAMSUNG IN THAILAND HAS DIFFEREMT POLICY. I was like, it's still samsung phone though I got it from USA. I hope that samsung will review my complaint and help their customer to be able to trade in phone in different countries because at the end of the day, it's a samsung phone just in different country. I hope samsung fix this problem, and help their customer to be able to trade in devices in Thailand though he has a samsung phone from USA.
