Unable to make conference calls

i had able to do conference 5 numbers but all of us are globe

1. Launch the phone app
2. Select from your contacts or dial the number you want to call first
3. Once that person answers, you may click the "+ Add call" button
4. Enter the name or number of the person you're trying to add to the call, then tap the phone icon to call
5. Tap "Merge" to combine the two calls
