Unable to update android 13 and ui 5.1

Hi i just notice that my fold 3 still om ui 3.1 and android.. i tried many steps to update and unable to do so..Wifi and hotspot is not workimg as well..any advise?

Hi, yes it's highly recommended to get Care+ for any foldable, as they are much more delicate than rigid phones and the chances of components failing within the hinge area are higher. Even if u don't utilise the Care+ benefit of 50% off out-of-warranty repair cost, u have 2 years of basic warranty and 2 doorstep repair services for any repair, except screen protector replacement (can only be done at service centre).

Aw.. u experience the same as me.. my wifi and mobile hotspot couldn't turn on 2 months ago. Had my inner screen replaced.

This happened after u updated to One UI 5.1?
