Galaxy ZHello,
Stumbled upon this post because my Fold 3 simply doesn't show Volte option. Followed your instructions in this post, and I just get a different screen without Volte.

Galaxy ZHello cfcruz73,
Samsung care and we are here to help.
In response to your query, please find possible solutions.
1) Contact the Network Service Provider on how to enable / show Volte option. Depends on the mobile plan - postpaid, etc.
2) It works only if 5G connection strength is available in your coverage area.
Hope you found these answers helpful.

Galaxy ZSince you just got the phone set up you may need to manually register the phone to your network. In this way, your network provider will be notified of your phone's IMEI.
Head to Settings >> Connections >> Mobile networks >> Network operators >> Turn off the Select automatically toggle switch. Your phone will scan for available networks and once your network provider appeared, select it to initiate manual registration.
If doing that will not give a difference, try resetting the phone's APN settings. Just head to Settings >> Connections >> Mobile networks >> 3 dot menu at the upper right >> Reset to default.
If all the suggested steps above will not fix the problem, try changing your network mode in Settings >> Connections >> Mobile networks >> Network mode.
Regards,
ErickYnaEin
