Hi all, just want to enquiry on the eligibility of screen protector replacement in Singapore. Turning 1 but signs of bubbling emerging on folding crease areas. Please assist. 🙏 Thank you

Hi, yes you are eligible for 2 times of replacement. Pls book an appt with Samsung and indicate change of screen protector film.

Sadly no 😭.. the free 1 time replacement (2 times replacement for 2 years of Care+) is only applicable to Care+ users.

And it only applies to the foldables range namely Z Flip 3, Z Fold 3 and the upcoming Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4.
