Does anyone has the same problem as mine where the main display of Z Flip 4 has no display? Everything else working fine, the cover screen display, sound, side button and even the touch screen, its just that there is no display. The thing is it is my main phone and now I'm doomed

Have you tried to force restart it?

Yeah...doesnt work. Already sent to the service center, they said its the LCD problem

Yes..just happened to me too. Suddenly blackout. Screen protector was starting to peel too

I purchased Flip 4 in September last year the screen has display issue when charging the phone last week and I called the service center to complain they referred me to the nearest service center in The Mines shopping mall and few days I received call that they detected finger nail step on the phone and that I can't claim warranty for that, I disagree because I don't know how finger nail step will cause the phone screen to have black dot on both upper left side of the phone and the down left of the phone at the same time with white line vertical and horizontal, I questioned and asked them to prove to me how is that possible, Phones are operated with finger nails not with tongue 😄 they offered me 40% discount to repair or change the screen but I refused because my phone is still under warranty and the phone screen is defect which is under warranty. why should I pay? I reported the matter to the nearest police station and was advised to proceed to the consumer right tribunal to follow up the case. I've been a Samsung mobile user for about 12 years now, my husband and my 3 children uses Samsung I bought this phone with Samsung wearable watch amounting to 5k++ My phone is under warranty why Samsung will not be responsible and repair my phone for me? I have decided not to ever use Samsung again for this kind of treatment. This unacceptable.
