Galaxy ZHello everyone, after using the Z Fold 3 for one year and two months, I began experiencing issues with the WiFi not turning on. A few days later, my screen started displaying a pixelated appearance, similar to the attached photo. I visited Samsung service center, where I was quoted 600 Singapore dollars for repairs. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm extremely disappointed with Samsung's customer service. I have been a loyal Samsung customer since I was young, but this experience has shaken my confidence in the brand.

Galaxy ZHey, Samsung is offering one-time free pick up and delivery services for all Z series owners. Do u want to try this? Since it's applicable to those out-of-warranty too. U can try calling their hotline.
