Prevent accidentally swiping the home button while in games

I've been using Samsung game launcher since its release. It was laggy on my S7 edge and my colleague's A51 but is smooth like the rest of the other apps on Note20 Ultra. I really like the game booster for the options to block some distractions and prevent accidental touches. 

After updating to OneUI 4 though, this made me upset. Maybe I'm the only one, but I really don't like Samsung taking off features. 

And because of this, accidentally swiping to home, recent apps menu or switching apps happen when I play games.

I used to enable interaction control to block parts of the screen (like in iPhones) or pin the game but those options prevent me from floating windows over the game I'm playing. 

Luckily, I found this toggle while mindlessly tinkering on the FineLock Pro app (GoodLock or NiceLock alternative).. 

I now have the usual double swipe up to home gesture while playing games. Another good thing (for me) is it has the effect on other full screen apps like when watching a video. On the downside though, double swiping or tap-and-swipe to home might be annoying for some people.

I really like the older game tools (prior to this version) before I updated to OneUI 4. The shortcut bar is annoying for me especially when it's on the side where the camera hole is. How can I keep it at the edge of the screen even past the camera?

I still have it, One UI 4. Try to check Galaxy Store for latest version of Game Booster and Launcher.

I updated game launcher weeks after the OneUI 4 update. That's when I started to become irked by it.
What's your game launcher version?

I think game booster is included in game launcher update. I can't find a separate game booster in galaxy store..

I see you still have the older one. I unfortunately have updated mine.

And I now have only this irritating bar as an option to quickly launch game tools other than scrolling through the notifications..

I tried uninstalling game launcher and installing an older version (apk) but that didn't work. Game booster can't be uninstalled.

This is no longer a problem for me as I've mentioned in my post. I just don't like seeing that little bar. I have set the home bar invisible but the game tool bar is there. I'm thinking of just disabling it as I don't use it that much. Thanks for interacting.

Yes, you can't install the old version on top of the latest version.
