I am currently using samsung a71, and my problem is when I play any games, after 30 min. -1:30 hours, my phone is starting to log, and it is not playable.

Depends on what game it is. But essentially, what the phone does is it's throttling itself, basically limiting it's performance to prevent overheating. This can range from the times you mentioned; 30 mins to 120 mins, depending on the game running.
You can't fix it because it ain't broken. This is how the device operates. You can prolong the time before it throttles by playing in a cool place, removing your case, and not playing while the device is charging. You can't prevent throttling, but you can certainly delay it.
