I have red the news that Samsung is throttling over 10,000 apps so no wonder why gaming on almost all samsung devices feels sluggish. The culprit is Samsung's Game optimizing service.
The new chips apparently cause so much heat that manufacturers have to pay more attention to heat dissipation. Maybe Samsung is not risking another Note 7 event.
