There is on Low end devices. But unfortunately our A10s only has Android 11 and one ui core. But you can disable that using adb

I don't have the app anymore (GOS) I deleted Game Optimising (Optimizing in US) Service by using adb.

No, attempting disabling it on adb will cause it to reinstall the factory version within 2 seconds. If you have the factory version, you can check for updates in the Galaxy Store **bleep**.

Factory version of the GOS will make it not show in the Apps section of the settings.
