End Of Support of the additional update and compatibility support on new phones for the Samsung Gear 360 app.

  • Samsung gently informs you of the discontinuation of the additional update and compatibility support on new phones for the Samsung Gear 360 (New) app.
  • From August 1, 2020, app updates and compatibility support on new phones will be discontinued.
  • Even after the update discontinuation date, you can continue to use the existing app.
  • However, it may be difficult to support the new bugs or third-party service inter-working changes and new features and services through an app update, and it may be difficult to provide compatibility for devices other than those described in "Compatible OS version", "Compatible model" below.
    • Compatible OS version : Android 6.0 to Android 10.0 ,  iOS 10.0 to iOS 13.0

    • Compatible models : Galaxy Fold, Galaxy S20 / S10 / S9 / S8 / S7 / S6 series, Galaxy Note10 / Note9 / Note8 / Note7 / Note6 / Note5 series, Galaxy A9 Pro / A8 (2018 / 2016) / A7 (2018), Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy S20 Lite is not supported, iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, XS Max, XS, XR, X, 8, 8 Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 6S, 6S Plus, SE.

  • Please note that some features of the app are available in the PC program related to Gear 360. Program name for Windows OS PC: Gear 360 ActionDirector. 
  • PC programs related to Gear 360 can be downloaded until February 28, 2024, and you can continue to use the PC programs that have already been downloaded after the above date, but please note that update support (fix a bug or third-party service inter-working method, provide new features and services) will be discontinued.

Hi, I download the gear 360 action director on my PC but still asking for activation and connection internet but I have a internet can you help me to activate or you can suggest any apps for mobile that gear 360 will work and I can edit them.

To activate the Action Director, you can enter the serial number located on the Gear 360.

When the activation is complete, select OK.

I did that. I put the serial number but it keeps saying I have no internet connection but I have.

Please restart your computer device with the router and let us see what happens from there.

If the problem persists, bring your PC with the Samsung Gear 360 to the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center in your area.
