What should I do to Factory reset my smart tv? I don't have any options to do so. I can't connect it to smart things app because it needed to be connected to a network. But I can't add a network as an error says "this function is not available"

I hope someone could help me with this.

What happens when you press "Setup" in the Terms & Policy Setup?

If network connection is required. And no options for Wifi, can you somehow do it with a Wired LAN connection?

This is what the terms & privacy looks like. Empty... all the greyed options you see on the settings only prompt "this function isn't available "20250130_181151_1000010595_1738231914.jpg

Got it. Probably because there's no network as you've said.

Wired LAN connection, can you do it as an alternative to a network connection though? I can't think of an alternative way other than this

I'll try the wired LAN. Thank you so much!

Have you also tried the soft reset? (not a factory reset though)

While the TV is on, Press and hold the Power Button from the remote for 3-5 seconds, the TV will power off, and power on again while holding the button. Release the Power Button when the Samsung Logo re-appears

Try to unplug from the wall socket. Wait a few minutes then plug back in. See if it recovers. By the way, that size qualifies for home service. Call it in, too. This app has support functions. You can register the device, as well
