U can't. The beta's program only available in select/key regions (like the US and some European countries) and for the S26 series (then older flagships and midrangers later on), and u'll have to wait exactly until the stable rollout of One UI 9 begins. Which is around weeks after the Galaxy Z Flip/Fold 8 launch this July.
