Bixby will now always respond aloud and it's annoying.
I hope they will bring this options back. 
Well, my real request is perhaps they can remove Bixby voice feedback when the request was made through modes and routines - just do the requested action in the background without pop-ups requiring me to stop what I'm doing and stop being loud when I'm being quiet.
