Your Galaxy A54 5G likely has significant water damage, causing screen unresponsiveness, ghost touches, and spreading blue patches. Turn off the phone, dry it with silica gel or uncooked rice for at least 48 hours, and avoid heat sources. A screen replacement is probably needed, and other components might also be damaged. Contact Samsung Support or visit a repair shop for diagnosis and repairs. I hope this helps.

If the Samsung Galaxy A54 has an IP67 rating of up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, but it gets wet within an hour. Next time you use it at the pool, set the time for up to 30 minutes (no more than 30 minutes) or I suggest using a waterproof phone pouch before using it at the pool
