bluetooth connection problem

Having problem with bluetooth connection since my phone was updated to Android 10. Cannot anymore connect to different bluetooth device, which I were able before the update was.

same here.. when i update the device it cannot connect to bluetooth devices that dont have screen to show the passcode.. like soundbar, avn kit of my car.. etc.
