If you already got the One UI 6 update you can test this by going to your calculator rotating your device 5 times, after that take a screenshot, and then go to your gallery the screenshot notification icon should look fuzzy (check the screenshot attached), if it does the icons pixels had shifted a bit, and the burn-in protection is working.
