Can't send message with globe - error 0

Is there anyone with the same problem? It is my first time to encounter this. I tried inserting my globe simcard to other phone and it works fine. Need help. Thank you.

it happened on me after txting together 30min ago.Now i can't send txt with that error code of 0. What's this ?
