Cannot sync fitbit charge 5 with flip

Been having issues connecting charge 5 with fitbit app ever since the update to android 13

Did the fitbit app have update after android 13?

If not... it might be due to the fitbit app need to be update to be compatible with android 13...

The fitbit app had a notification to update tracker but it doesn't work so I have to find an oppo phone, download the fitbit app, and update the tracker

If cannot update why don't u totally uninstall the app and reinstall again?

Sometimes need to do like that for it to work...

I tried that many times, even restart the tracker and my Samsung flip but it doesn't work

Maybe u wanna try get in contact with customer support on Fitbit side to see if they can provide u with any solution... No harm trying right?

Yes I went to the fitbit Community and all those using Samsung flip after the android 13 upgrade and fitbit having this problem and we are also advised to report to Samsung about this

Cos now even my lousy tracker from our gov also no problem on both my S22 Ultra and Fold 4 with android 13 one ui 5...
