Probably will need to wait for a software update from Samsung for your Flip, which can be compatible with your Fitbit Charge 5.

Right now, there still needs a lot of optimisation and compatibility work to be done from Samsung's end for the new Android 13 update, since Samsung has released this major update, way before the scheduled timeline.

If u really need a tracker why don't u get the latest Samsung Watch 5 Pro... at least u won't have any compatible issue next time...

Tomorrow 12.12 Samsung online store got special Xams sales...

Hope this helps...

absolutely fantastic - after buying 2 Fitbit charge 5 watches for early Christmas looks like curries will be getting a few turns. now they might aswell be paper weights - Samsung will lose a lot of customers if they don't fix this. As my wife who is disabled and my eldest son who has autism use them everyday as my wife uses it when she's unable to reach her phone and my son uses it as a tracker and struggles with change. so this is disgusting way to release software for profit turner instead of releasing software that works. sort it out

Hi WoodysPhotos, I think the software release needs to be from Fitbit (Google) side. As currently, it seems that Fitbit is incompatible with Android 13 and has no issues with Android 12. So the only way to keep it compatible with ur phone, u will have to keep ur phone stayed on Android 12, until Fitbit releases or rolls out an app update to work on Android 13.

May I check if what phones are ur wife and son using? Could u check if their Android versions are not Android 13?
