OthersDoes A21 fast charge? If you're going to leave charging overnight, disable fast charging just to be safe, remove phone case and only use original Samsung charger and cable. Don't put your phone on your bed while charging. Heat may build up and can cause fire.
Some signs that battery has degraded significantly: Don't last like it used to; Phone overheats while using; Quick drop of battery level; Phone randomly turning off.

OthersI recommend to not drain your battery to 0%. Charge your phone when it drops to 30% or 20%.

OthersHey there! Your fellow members are correct as per your concern. Modern chargers nowadays do have an auto-shut off feature which prevents over-charging of your battery. You may observe this by having your device charged, let it continue even after it's full charged, then try to touch the adapter as it is NOT that hot compared when the device still charges. Nevertheless, we do not advise to let a device be left while charging and/or be left plugged overnight as the electricity continues to run. Also, charging while your device is on your bed/under your pillow may cause serious injury/fire incident due to insufficient ventilation and too much heat build up. Class A/fake wall chargers may also contribute to battery damage of your device due to inaccurate power output which prolongs your charging time, and will further decrease battery lifespan.
