Data Tarrif by using Samsung Dex.

If using DEX with notebook, then by using only the cellular data for connection.

That will be consider we consume our basic data quota or under Hotspot quota?

Basically, you could just connect your phone to a monitor and Samsung Dex will automatically started. That means all processing is via the phone so it's using the phone's data.
