I'm not so sure but I thought we can hide Fingerprint Icon on Lockscreen before. If so please bring it back. if not please add the option to hide or remove it from the lock screen. As of now, hiding it is only available on Always-on-Display.
Only workaround I found is by turning off Fingerprint unlock. But, then you won't be able to use Fingerprint to unlock the phone or use it to access Wallet and bankings apps in case you use it. Face unlock is a workaround but not as efficient as Fingerprint.
Go to Settings > Security & Privacy > Biometrics > Fingerprints > Fingerprint Unlock (set to OFF)
