Disney+ Hotstar app not found in Smart TV

Does anyone in Malaysia have trouble finding the Disney+ Hotstar app on their Samsung Smart TV? The streaming service was released but I can't find it in Apps on my Smart TV. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

What's going on still? So long no update from Samsung? Decided to change brands from here on out. Samsung is a waste of time in Malaysia.

Yo I spent over rm10k for a samsung tv but it can't even support Disney+? Shame on you Samsung.

Now I couldn't watch Disney hotstar on my Samsung TV. It was working fine last month.. No idea why hotstar is not available on Samsung. Even Disney hotstar support teams said they don't support Samsung now. SAMSUNG, PLEASE HELP

I guess for astro subscriber only can enjoy Disney+ Hotstar starting next year which the apps will be available on Ultra box, while Samsung not even bother to ensure it is available on the TV apps. it is totally frustrating coming from giant company like Samsung. I should avoid bought this brand in future.

it seems that the app is available on SOME samsung 4K smart tvs. u have to check which models are able to support the app.  i unfortunately bought a tv without checking so i have to use the disney+ hotstar website to watch disney or wait for astro to include the app or on demand.  also, on samsung website it says that 2016 and newer TV models can support the app but that's a lie. my tv is 2021 4K smart tv and cannot download the app.

Please add Wetv and Disney Hotstar apps into your list asap. I really wanna watch my favorite series from both apps. Be good and improve your service to your customers okay.

C'mon Samsung, its been 5+ months since the launch in Malaysia.. all these should be prepped before the launch.. 

Any updates @samsung?
