OthersHello Bowski,
Thanks for reaching out to us to inquire about the Disney+ apps not showing on your Samsung TV.
Ensure that you are subscribed to Premium on the Disney+, which enables you to stream on your laptop and smart TV.
Otherwise, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Check 1. An active Disney+ subscription is required to stream content. Please refer to the Disney+ website (https://www.disney.ph) for information about how to sign up.
Check 2. Make sure that your Samsung Smart TV is connected to the internet.
• Select Home > Settings > Quick Settings
Check 3. Always install the latest version of Software for TV.
• Select Home > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
If your TV was built in 2016 or later, you can easily download the Disney+ app with just a few clicks. Follow the steps below to download the Disney+ app.
Step 1. Navigate to and select the Apps menu on your TV’s home screen.
Step 2. Use your remote to select the search icon in the top right corner of the Apps screen.
Step 3. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter “Disney+”, then select the Done button.
Step 4. The app should now appear on the screen. Select the Install option to get Disney+ on your Samsung TV.
Step 5. Select Open to launch the app, then LOG IN and enter your username and password.
If you need to create a Disney+ account, select SIGN UP and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: If the Disney+ app doesn’t show up when you search for it, that’s a strong indication that your Smart TV is not compatible with the streaming platform or that Disney+ is not available yet in your region.
Be sure to check after some time the available updates for your Samsung TV and stay tuned for the official announcement on the latest software updates available for your Samsung devices here at Samsung Members apps and/or through your device settings.
