Flip4 Screen protector bubbles across the hinge part, help!

Hi! What the title says. I've read through some posts and would like to check for any updated guidelines? For info, my flip 4 is a network-provided unit (from Smart) and is within 1 year of purchase (Nov2022). Is the 1st time replacement still free? Should I remove the screen protector in the meantime as I've read that bubbles may cause actual screen damage. Is the service-center locator in the website updated as of date? Thanks!

We are currently NOT offering free screen protector replacement, but we definitely will still replace it for you at a Service Center near you.
