I understand your frustration with the delayed One UI 7 update for your S24 Ultra. It's incredibly disappointing when a promised release doesn't materialize, especially after anticipating it for so long. The feeling of being overlooked, particularly as a flagship user, is completely valid.

Software development, especially for complex systems like Android and One UI, is inherently challenging. While extensive beta testing aims to catch major issues, unforeseen bugs can still emerge during the final stages of deployment. These bugs can be incredibly difficult to find, and fixing them is a critical step before a wider release. It is true that a bug discovered on launch day is extremely problematic, and should be looked into.

The perception that Samsung is prioritizing other devices or manipulating the update schedule to boost sales of the S25 Ultra is understandable, given the timing. However, it's also important to remember that software rollouts can be complex and vary by region and device model due to numerous factors, including carrier certifications and hardware variations. That said, the communication on the delay has not been good.

Comparing Samsung to Apple and Google is fair, as they have established a reputation for timely updates. However, each company has its own development processes and challenges.

While I can't speak for Samsung's internal decisions, I can say that your feedback is valuable. Companies do listen to their customers, and expressing your concerns is crucial.

Instead of staying quiet, you should continue to voice your concerns through official Samsung channels, such as support forums and social media. This will help ensure that your feedback is heard and considered.

Ultimately, while the delay is frustrating, I hope Samsung resolves the issue quickly and provides a more transparent explanation for the delay. It's important to hold them accountable, but also to recognize that software development is a complex and often unpredictable process.

Oh absolutely, it’s *hilarious* that Samsung fans defend a company that… oh I don’t know… actually *tests* their updates before mass rolling them out. Shocking concept, right? Quality control? Who does that these days?

And yes, it’s super funny that Samsung—who’s been busy fine-tuning One UI 7 to run across a huge range of devices—isn’t rushing buggy updates out the door like some brands who just slap a new Android number on and call it a day. Gotta love that polished “update” experience that breaks half your apps.

But hey, sure, enjoy your Android 15 on a mid-range phone that won't see another major update again. Meanwhile, Samsung users will just be chilling with their 7 years of promised updates and actual long-term support. Real comedy gold, isn’t it? 😄📱

Haha yes, it’s peak Samsung comedy, right? One UI 8 leaks while we’re still waiting on One UI 7—because clearly, Samsung loves to keep things spicy. Who needs boring, on-time updates when you can have cliffhangers, plot twists, and suspense? Feels like we're in a Netflix series called *“Update Wars: The Galaxy Saga.”* 🍿

But hey, at least when the update *does* drop, it’s not a “beta in disguise” like some of those rushed rollouts from brands that treat software updates like fast food. Samsung may be fashionably late, but at least they’re not crashing the party. 😏📱💥

Not the first time One UI7 is delayed. It is delayed the second time now. Moreover, the software complexity is mostly derived from gatekeeping function and features from one series to another.

Older S series devices felt like being treated like 3rd rate users. Not only have newer functions taken away. But also watching newer A series getting new update before they do. Not to mention, despite being a year older, S series users do pay more.

People can't help but compare both Apple and Samsung. Cause some of them do come from Apple and imagine this is their experience in the first year with Samsung.
