Few days before the month ends. Let me once again share how this month started for me.
It is a privilege to be given this kind of opportunity and be a part of Samsung Members Stars 3.0. Felt it official when I was invited to the onboarding event which happened last July 1 @ Samsung HQ in Taguig.
It was an awesome experience meeting new people. We got to meet Mr. Minsu Chu, the Managing Director of Samsung Electronics Philippines. Mr. Ronald Joson was also there, the Head of Customer Satisfaction. Miss Alyssa Agagon the Service Marketing Lead. Miss Shiela, DD, Bianx, and others, and of course, the other members stars, too!
What I appreciate the most is when Mr. Ron talked about what the company has been doing and will be doing moving forward to improve its after-sales support. Because as a consumer, customer service really can be a deal breaker.
I also like how Miss Shiela discussed how the company has been leaning toward environmental sustainability.
